— About Me and My Work —

I am a trained and educated Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized experience in working with adults, teens, couples, executives, families, and those facing addiction challenges. My approach, however, is rooted in Life Coaching because it allows me to offer a more interactive and broad-based experience. With two Master’s degrees—one in Psychology and the other in Building Construction and Facility Management—I bring a unique blend of expertise to my work.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of clients achieve peace, fulfillment, and a healthier mindset, body, and relationships. My goal is to provide you with the tools, perspectives, and resources you need to create the life you desire. My extensive background, ranging from business and luxury sales to construction, combined with advanced education in psychology, equips me to guide you through any life challenge with confidence.

My work extends globally, reaching clients from diverse backgrounds across multiple continents. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples with a wide array of concerns, including depression, anxiety, love and relationship issues, ADHD, grief, stress, anger management, and career planning. My ongoing studies in neuroscience, anthropology, sociology, and behavioral biology continue to inform my approach, ensuring that the strategies we develop together are both effective and enduring.

Throughout my career, I have continuously engaged with leading minds, seeking new knowledge and insights that I integrate into my practice. I believe that when one person changes, it creates a ripple effect that impacts everyone around them. My work is about helping you increase your level of consciousness, achieve your goals, and create lasting changes that benefit not only you but also those in your life.

If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I’m here to guide you. I would love to work with you to create the life you envision.

Personal Background

I am 41 years old and married with 2 kids. I have lived in 4 different states in the US and have traveled to many more. I have visited over a dozen countries and counting. I speak English, Farsi, and Armenian fluently.

In the past few years, I've donated 12 inches of my hair twice to Locks of Love, a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 suffering from long-term hair loss from any medical diagnosis.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years.

My favorite organization to volunteer with is Tree People. I love my work as a Life Coach because it’s my way of making generational changes in society. In the last 15 years I have been practicing as a therapist and Life Coach, I feel like I haven’t worked a day.

Use my expertise to your benefit.
